antifragile.gf.cx — dedicated portfolio-meta surface that pulls in methods + patterns + site-config + daily-hygiene + automation-rules + checksum methods

Dan 2026-06-07 named the next surface in the gf.cx portfolio after we synthesised the five-loop anti-fragile methodology. antifragile.gf.cx aggregates the operating philosophy into a navigable, teachable surface — auto-built from kb.gf.cx memory files filtered by frontmatter type/tags, mirroring the 5-loop IA from
feedback_antifragile_methodology_v2_synthesis_2026-06-07. The surface is the textbook scaffold-injection pattern in action (Loop 5 from the methodology). Build trigger = capacity to set aside ~4-6h focused block.
Sketch: antifragile.gf.cx is a dedicated meta-surface that renders the gf.cx anti-fragile operating philosophy as a navigable, teachable site. Auto-built from the kb.gf.cx memory archive on every memory commit (same pipeline as kb itself).
Why (Dan 2026-06-07):
“antifragile.gf pulls in methods, patterns, site-config, daily-hygiene, automation-rules and checksum methods”
Said within minutes of reading the v2 methodology synthesis at https://kb.gf.cx/feedback_antifragile_methodology_v2_synthesis_2026-06-07/ — the synthesis crystallised the IA in his head. The surface is the textbook Loop 5 (scaffold injection) move applied to the methodology itself: bake the operating philosophy into a stable URL instead of leaving it in scattered memos.
