antifragile.gf.cx — dedicated portfolio-meta surface that pulls in methods + patterns + site-config + daily-hygiene + automation-rules + checksum methods

Dan 2026-06-07 named the next surface in the gf.cx portfolio after we synthesised the five-loop anti-fragile methodology. antifragile.gf.cx aggregates the operating philosophy into a navigable, teachable surface — auto-built from kb.gf.cx memory files filtered by frontmatter type/tags, mirroring the 5-loop IA from feedback_antifragile_methodology_v2_synthesis_2026-06-07. The surface is the textbook scaffold-injection pattern in action (Loop 5 from the methodology). Build trigger = capacity to set aside ~4-6h focused block.

Sketch: antifragile.gf.cx is a dedicated meta-surface that renders the gf.cx anti-fragile operating philosophy as a navigable, teachable site. Auto-built from the kb.gf.cx memory archive on every memory commit (same pipeline as kb itself).

Why (Dan 2026-06-07):

“antifragile.gf pulls in methods, patterns, site-config, daily-hygiene, automation-rules and checksum methods”

Said within minutes of reading the v2 methodology synthesis at https://kb.gf.cx/feedback_antifragile_methodology_v2_synthesis_2026-06-07/ — the synthesis crystallised the IA in his head. The surface is the textbook Loop 5 (scaffold injection) move applied to the methodology itself: bake the operating philosophy into a stable URL instead of leaving it in scattered memos.

Proposed IA (six rooms)

STASH3

Build pattern — auto-aggregator from kb.gf.cx

The render pipeline is the same as kb.gf.cx (memory file → kb build → CDN, security layer, and DNS provider sitting in front of dare.co.uk." data-tip="Cloudflare — the CDN, security layer, and DNS provider sitting in front of dare.co.uk.">CF Pages deploy). Sister scaffold, not a new architecture:

  1. Tag the source memos. Add a frontmatter field antifragile: methods|patterns|site-config|daily-hygiene|automation-rules|checksum-methods to relevant memos. Re-tag existing ones in a single pass.
  2. Renderer (~/bin/antifragile_build_deploy.sh) walks ~/.claude/projects/-Users-dansellars/memory/*.md, filters by antifragile: tag, groups into the six rooms, generates index.html per room + the root index.
  3. Each room renders as a card-grid of memo titles + descriptions + “shipped” date + sister-memo cross-links. Inline the body for short memos; link out for long ones.
  4. The root renders the 5-loop methodology synthesis at the top + the six-room nav below.
  5. Search affordance — small client-side fuzzy filter across all memo titles + descriptions. Optional v1.
  6. Three-layer baseline wired from day one (anchor enricher · thumbnailer · og card) per the CLAUDE.md surface scaffold rule.

Scope rules (what stays out)

Access policy

Open question worth deciding at build time: - Option A: Noindex + open (no CDN, security layer, and DNS provider sitting in front of dare.co.uk." data-tip="Cloudflare — the CDN, security layer, and DNS provider sitting in front of dare.co.uk.">CF Access). The methodology has no secrets; anyone benefits from reading it. - Option B: Noindex + CDN, security layer, and DNS provider sitting in front of dare.co.uk." data-tip="Cloudflare — the CDN, security layer, and DNS provider sitting in front of dare.co.uk.">CF Access (like kb). Keeps it personal-knowledge-graph adjacent. - Option C: Public + indexed. Treat as Dan’s published methodology.

Lean toward A — open access, noindex. The methodology is portable; making it readable to other people (engineering interlocutors, future agents debugging from log files, etc.) raises its leverage.

Build trigger

Fire when: Dan has ~4-6h focused block AND one of: - The 12-row named-failure-mode catalogue grows past 20 rows (the surface becomes worth-it as a reference) - A second person asks about the methodology (the surface becomes worth-it as a teaching artifact) - The kb.gf.cx synthesis memo hits ~10 inbound cross-references (signal that the umbrella is being reached for often)

Don’t fire when: there are <4 unique pattern memos under any of the 6 rooms. Premature surface = empty rooms = looks under-finished.

Sister memos (the catalogue this surface would aggregate)

The synthesis already lists them: - feedback_antifragile_methodology_v2_synthesis_2026-06-07 — the umbrella - feedback_audits_need_named_failure_modes_2026-06-07 — the catalogue (12 rows) - feedback_head_check_audit_pattern_generalise_at_3rd_use_2026-06-06 — extraction trigger - parked_sketch_gfcx_r2_subdomain_scaffold_2026-06-06 — site-config exemplar - feedback_duality_model_proven_build_pattern_2026-06-06 — model-tier pattern - feedback_gvr_icloud_pull_orchestrator_lessons_2026-06-07 — 6 named bugs as patterns - feedback_automated_script_tripwires_three_failures_2026-06-06 - feedback_antifragile_tripwires_after_silent_regression_2026-06-05 - reference_household_dns_cache_topology_2026-06-07 - feedback_iterative_engine_compounding_rate - user_compounding_kb_is_the_kernel - user_compounding_signal_north_star

Plus the surface-scaffold floor: - user_inline_link_thumb_social_card_vision_2026-06-04

The aggregator’s first job at build time: take the methodology’s “Sister memos (the catalogue this memo umbrellas)” section as the seed list, then walk the cross-link graph to discover the rest.
